System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Allow apps download from > Mac App Store and identified developers

Fragment App
1. Unpack the archive
2. Grant access to "Apps from identified developers" (see above)
2. Right-click the app in Finder and choose "Open", then accept the warning. This needs to be done only once.

Fragment-1-8-3.zip​

Fragment App (No Sandbox)
This version runs outside security sandbox,
​which  allows  it to have more access to the system.
